"Dan is very trustworthy, prompt, reasonably priced, skillful and meticulous in his work. I would recommend Dan for any home repair or improvement you are considering doing. He loves to do what my honey doesn't."
"We have had several favorable comments from neighbors and friends that have seen our "new" deck. As you know, Dan, our deck was the first deck in Crystal Springs to be built of composite materials throughout. The replacement of our old wolmanized deck was not an easy task, especially since the old deck supported the screened in porch and roof. We will be forever grateful to you for solving the complex structural problems that we faced, resulting in a new deck that is outstanding. We also want to take this opportunity, Dan, to thank you for the excellent work you completed on both ours, and our son and daughter-in-law's basement family room."

"When someone hires a contractor, they expect work at a fair price. Often times, this is not the case and many people, looking for a good contractor, are often cheated in some way. Not the case with Dan Jennings. Over the past couple of years, we've hired Dan to help us meet the code on our duplexes, re-build our deck and numerous other projects. He shows up when he says he will and consistently provides quality work, doing it right the first time. I strongly recommend Dan Jennings for reliable, quality professional results."

"Knowing that I wanted to do multiple upgrades with my condominium of 15 years, I heard outside a saw cutting a bi-fold door with Dan Jennings doing the cutting. I went outside to speak with him about my own bi-fold doors which were literally falling apart and was interested in getting pricing for their replacement. Dan responded quickly with his quote and while speaking with him about other projects I wanted to complete, lead to several other quotes for upgrades to my condominium. With Dan's recommendations and guidance leading to the proper products to install, was instrumental in providing me with the best quality items at the price available through his working contacts. Having the confidence in Dan's integrity and honesty, I contracted with Honey-Do Construction Company to do all the immediate projects we had discussed. The new bi-fold doors for the entire condominium were professionally installed and painted. Dan also installed in my hallway, kitchen, utility room, and both bathrooms, porcelain tile throughout those areas. Installation was done with care to every tile and to the condominium itself, protecting the floor, walls, and personal items. It really made a change and looks just fantastic. Dan also assisted me in having new carpet laid in my living room and both bedrooms with another Company he frequently deals with. He went out of his way to coordinate his own installation with that of the new carpet.Being very happy with his performance, I have also contracted with Dan to redo my kitchen walls with the removal of wallpaper, installation of wall tile behind the new range and refrigerator (which was delivered when Dan was present so that he could connect the gas and water lines), and repainting the remaining walls, along with a few other small projects. Am I impressed? Absolutely! Dan cares ever step of the way and I am glad I have contracted Honey-Do Construction Company to do my projects. Not only that, I feel I have a new friend that would help me out personally if needed."

"This is a letter of recommendation for Dan Jennings. Dan has done several jobs for us. We purchased a 20+ year old home that was in much need of repair and updating.Dan is a very dependable hard worker. He assisted in the planning of our design and from a builder's eye was very helpful. The projects consisted of tear out and rebuilding, adding an addition and all the finish work for our kitchen. Dan also came through with installation of our ceramic tile floors in two baths and an entry way along with creating 'lockers'. While installing our new over the range hood, Dan had the foresight to check and fix a leak coming in from the roof around the old venting system."
